NO YOLKS and Wacky Mac are Trans Fat Free!

Most nutrition experts agree on the negative effects of trans fat on heart health. These experts are recommending that people severely restrict or completely avoid eating foods that contain trans fat.

Why? Because trans fat (made when hydrogen is added to vegetable oil in a process called hydrogenation) is now known to raise Low-Density Lipoproteins (LDL — the "bad" cholesterol") levels in the blood.
