12 oz No Yolks® Kluski Noodles
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
2 lbs boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into 1 inch cubes
3 Tbsps vegetable oil, divided
15 oz diced tomatoes, undrained
14 1/2 oz low sodium beef broth
3 cups carrots, sliced diagonally
1 cup onion, sliced
2 tsps fresh rosemary, stemmed and chopped
2 tsps paprika
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp fresh chives, snipped

Cooking Directions:

1.  Stir together flour, salt and pepper; coat meat with mixture.

2.  In 5-quart saucepan over medium-high heat, heat 1-1/2 tablespoons oil; add one-half meat.
3.  Cook until browned, about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally; remove meat.

4.  Heat remaining oil; add beef and cook until browned.

5.  Return all beef and any remaining flour mixture to saucepan.

6.  Stir in tomatoes with juice, broth, carrots, onions, rosemary and paprika; heat to boiling.

7.  Reduce heat and cover.

8.  Simmer 45 minutes or until meat is tender. 

9. Meanwhile, cook noodles according to package directions; drain.

10. Spoon goulash over noodles; spoon sour cream on top.

11. Sprinkle with chives.
