6 thick slices bacon
1 1/2 lbs boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into strips
2 3/4 oz powdered onion soup mix
1 cup water
2 Tbsps dry sherry
12 oz No Yolks® Whole Grain Extra Broad Noodles

Cooking Directions:

1.  In large skillet, cook bacon until crisp; remove bacon, reserving drippings.

2.  Crumble bacon; set aside.

3.  Brown meat in reserved bacon drippings; stir in dry soup mix and water.  Cover; simmer 30 minutes or until meat is tender, stirring occasionally.

4.  Add dry sherry; simmer 5 minutes.

5.  Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions; drain.

6.  Serve sauce over hot noodles; sprinkle with crumbled bacon.
