2 cups No Yolks® Kluski Noodles
4 1/4 cups chicken broth, divided
2 each garlic cloves, minced
4 cups kale, washed and cut into bite-sized pieces
15 oz garbanzo beans, drained
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Cooking Directions:

1.  Prepare kluski noodles according to package directions.

2.  Heat 1/4 cup broth in a large pot. Add garlic and cook for 5 minutes over low-medium heat or until tender.

3.  Add kale, beans, remaining 4 cups broth and pepper. Bring broth to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover pot and cook soup over low heat for 25 to 30 minutes, or until kale is tender.

4.  Stir in cooked kluski noodles and heat through.

5.  If desired, top each serving with 1 tablespoon cheese.
