2 cups No Yolks® Broad Noodles
2 Tbsps margarine
2 Tbsps sliced almonds
1 tsp grated lemon peel
2 tsps lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 cup fresh chives, minced

Cooking Directions:

1.  Prepare noodles according to package directions.

2.  Melt margarine in small pot. Add almonds and cook for 1 minute over medium heat or until lightly browned. Stir in lemon peel, juice, salt and pepper. Simmer 1 minute. Stir in chives.

3.  Place cooking noodles in serving bowl. Pour lemon-chive sauce over noodles and toss gently but well. Serve immediately.
