12 oz No Yolks Stir Fry Noodles
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups boneless chicken breast, diced
2 Tbsps vegetable oil
  For the Sauce:
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 Tbsps hoisin sauce
1 Tbsp cloves garlic, chopped
1 Tbsp fresh ginger root, finely grated
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tsp cornstarch
  For the Wok
1/2 cup carrot slices
1/2 cup snow pea pods
1/2 cup onion, julienned
1/2 cup red pepper, diced
1/2 cup button mushrooms, sliced
1 can water chestnuts, drained
  Finishing Touches
1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
1/4 cup green onion, sliced

Cooking Directions:

Step 1: 

Boil your No Yolks® Stir Fry Noodles in salted water for approximately 12-14 minutes. Once cooked, chill in ice water and set aside.

Step 2:

Cut and slice all of the vegetables. Additionally, bring a pot of water to a boil. Pre-cook the carrots by placing them in boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Step 3:

Prepare the sauce. In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, garlic, ginger, corn starch and chicken broth. Once mixed, set aside until later.

Step 4:

Heat up vegetable oil in a wok and cook chicken until it is slightly undercooked. Approximately 3 - 4 minutes.

Step 5:

Add vegetables to wok and cook until warmed.

Step 6:

Add sauce to wok and stir all ingredients until sauce thickens.

Step 7:

Drain the chilled No Yolks® Stir Fry Noodles and add to wok. Toss until warm.

Step 8:

Plate and serve Chop Suey. Garnish with fresh cilantro, sliced green onions and enjoy!
