12 oz No Yolks® Kluski Noodles
6 cups chicken broth
3 Tbsps soy sauce
3 Tbsps miso paste
3 Tbsps rice wine vinegar
4 each garlic cloves, minced
1 1/2 Tbsps fresh ginger, minced
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1 1/2 cups pulled pork
6 thick slices bacon slices, cut in 1” pieces
1 1/2 cups cooked corn kernels
1 1/2 cups shredded carrots
6 each soft-cooked eggs, halved
6 each green onions, thinly sliced
2 Tbsps toasted sesame seeds

Cooking Directions:

  1. In saucepan set over medium heat, combine broth, soy sauce, miso, vinegar, garlic, ginger and sugar; bring to boil. Stir in pulled pork; reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer for 15 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, cook noodles according to package directions.
  3. Divide noodles among 6 bowls; pour broth over noodles. Top with pulled pork, bacon, corn, carrots, eggs and green onions. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.


  • Substitute pulled chicken for pork.
  • For spicy noodle ramen, serve with sriracha hot sauce.
