Ingredients:
1/3 cup
butter, divided
4
garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup
bread crumbs
2 Tbsps
finely chopped parsley
1/2 tsp
salt, divided
1/2 tsp
ground black pepper, divided

No Yolks® Dumplings
1 cup
whipping cream
2 Tbsps
lemon juice
1 cup
grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. Prepare noodles according to package directions, under cooking by 2 minutes. Drain and reserve 1/4 cup of cooking liquid.
2. Meanwhile, melt 3 tablespoons butter in large skillet over medium heat. Cook garlic until slightly softened, about 1 minute. Stir in bread crumbs, parsley and half each salt and pepper. Cook until bread crumbs are golden and toasted, about 2 to 3 minutes. Transfer to plate. Wipe out skillet with paper towel.
3. Bring cream and remaining butter to a boil in same skillet. Simmer until liquid is reduced to about 1/2 cup. Toss in noodles, cooking liquid, cheese, lemon juice, and remaining salt and black pepper.
4. Stir in bread crumb mixture. Serve immediately.
