Ingredients:

2 Tbsps vegetable oil
16 oz No Yolks® Fine Noodles
1/4 cup onion, chopped
garlic cloves, minced
1 can (28 oz.) whole tomatoes, cut up, undrained
3/4 cup water
1 can (4 oz.) diced green chilies
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground cumin powder

Cooking Directions:

1.  In large skillet, heat oil. Add noodles, onion and garlic. Cook and stir until pasta is browned.

2.  Stir in tomatoes, water, chilies, salt and cumin. Bring to boil.

3.  Reduce heat; simmer, covered, until liquid is absorbed and pasta is tender, about 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
