1 lb boneless beef short ribs
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
1 Tbsp Five-Spice powder
1 Tbsp brown sugar
garlic clove, chopped
1 Tbsp fresh ginger root, grated
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1 can (14 oz.) beef broth
1 cup carrot, cut into 3/4-inch pieces
3 cups Napa cabbage, roughly chopped
2 cups No Yolks® Dumplings

Cooking Directions:

1.  Trim excess fat from short ribs.  Set aside. 

2.  In a large slow cooker, combine soy sauce, Five-Spice powder, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes, and broth.  Top with short ribs, carrots and cabbage. 

3.  Cover and set on LOW to cook for 6 hours. 

4.  When ready, stir in uncooked noodles and switch to HIGH setting.  Cook 15 minutes.
