12 oz No Yolks® Stir Fry Noodles
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
3 cups Napa cabbage, roughly chopped
1 cup carrot, julienned
1 cup green onion, sliced
3/4 cup prepared peanut sauce
1/4 cup seasoned rice wine vinegar
1 Tbsp sriracha hot chili sauce (optional)
1/2 cup peanuts, chopped (optional)
  chopped fresh cilantro leaves, optional

Cooking Directions:

1)  Prepare noodles according to package directions.

2)  In a large bowl, toss cooked noodles, chicken, cabbage (shredded finely if desired), carrots and green onions together.

3)  In a small bowl, whisk together peanut sauce, vinegar and sriracha sauce, if desired. Pour over noodle mixture and toss to coat all ingredients.

4)  Top with peanuts and cilantro, if desired.
