6 oz No Yolks® Stir Fry Noodles
1 quart beef broth
1 Tbsp fish sauce
1 Tbsp sweet chili sauce
12 oz beef flank steak, thinly sliced
2 cups fresh bean sprouts
  fresh basil leaves, optional
  red onion, thinly sliced
  sriracha hot chili sauce
  lime wedges (optional)

Cooking Directions:

1)  Prepare pasta according to package directions.

2)  In a large saucepan, combine broth, fish sauce and sweet chili sauce. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Stir in beef and sprouts.

3)  Divide soup into 6 bowls.

4)  Serve topped with remaining garnishes as desired.
