Sesame Chicken Noodle Bowls

This recipe brings the authentic flavors of Sesame Chicken to a noodle bowl. Smooth, firm and delicious No Yolks® are paired with a sweet and savory mix of soy sauce, brown sugar and garlic.

Ingredients:

2 Tbsps olive oil
1/2 cup chopped onion
garlic cloves, minced
10 oz boneless skinless chicken breast, cubed
2 Tbsps brown sugar
2 Tbsps soy sauce
4 cups No Yolks® Extra Broad Noodles
1/2 cup sliced green onion tops
2 Tbsps sesame seeds

Directions:

1.    Prepare noodles according to package directions.

2.    Heat oil in large skillet; add onion. Cook over medium heat until onion is softened.

3.    Add chicken and garlic; cook until chicken is lightly browned and cooked through. Add brown sugar and soy sauce and stir until combined.

4.    Toss in cooked noodles and stir until noodles are coated with sauce.

5.    Transfer to serving bowl and top with green onion and sesame seeds.
