3-Cheese Noodles
This 3 cheese noodle recipe is the perfect simple meal of tasty ingredients like Parmesan cheese, Provolone cheese and Asiago cheese. You won't be able to get enough of this cheesiness.
Ingredients
- 12oz No Yolks® Broad Noodles
- 2 Tbsps extra virgin olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup low sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Provolone cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Asiago cheese
- coarse salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- chopped parlsey (for garnish)
Directions
- Prepare noodles according to package directions. Drain, reserving 1/2 cup cooking water, and return to pot.
- Meanwhile, in a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, 1 minute, then add heavy cream, chicken broth, and a splash of cooking water. Add cooked noodles and toss with tongs until noodles are fully coated and liquid is simmering.
- Remove from heat and add cheese. Toss constantly, adding more cooking water until sauce reaches desired consistency.
- Season with salt and pepper and garnish with parsley.
