Creamy Garlic Bread Noodles
All the flavors of classic comfort food come together in this warm, creamy dish starring No Yolks®, the cholesterol-free noodle that always cook up smooth, firm and delicious.
Ingredients
- 12 oz No Yolks® Dumplings
- 1/3 cup butter, divided
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsps finely chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp salt, divided
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper, divided
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Prepare noodles according to package directions, under cooking by 2 minutes. Drain and reserve 1/4 cup of cooking liquid.
- Meanwhile, melt 3 tablespoons butter in large skillet over medium heat. Cook garlic until slightly softened, about 1 minute. Stir in bread crumbs, parsley and half each salt and pepper. Cook until bread crumbs are golden and toasted, about 2 to 3 minutes. Transfer to plate. Wipe out skillet with paper towel.
- Bring cream and remaining butter to a boil in same skillet. Simmer until liquid is reduced to about 1/2 cup. Toss in noodles, cooking liquid, cheese, lemon juice, and remaining salt and black pepper.
- Stir in bread crumb mixture. Serve immediately.
