Pecorino and Black Pepper Noodles
These light, peppery noodles are a perfect side dish for beef or chicken.
Ingredients
- 12 oz No Yolks® Broad Noodles
- 4 Tbsps unsalted butter, cubed
- 1 1/4 tsps freshly ground black pepper, divided
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups finely grated Pecorino cheese, divided
- 2 Tbsps finely chopped parsley
Directions
- Prepare noodles according to package directions, under cooking by 2 minutes. Drain and reserve 1/2 cup of cooking liquid.
- Transfer noodles back to warm pot. Toss in reserved cooking liquid and butter. Stir in 1 1/4 cups cheese, 1 teaspoon pepper and salt.
- Divide among plates and sprinkle each serving with remaining cheese and pepper. Garnish with parsley.
