All No Yolks items in America adhere to this law.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tIngredients &#038; Nutrition\n\t\t\t\tAre there any impurities or yeast in No Yolks?\n<p>Our pasta is &#8220;refined&#8221;, which means it is free of impurities as well as yeast.<\/p>\n\u00a0\n\t\t\t\tWhere does the wheat come from for your products?\n\t\t\t\t<p>Our wheat is milled in most cases right next to our plant.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\tDo you use any pesticides?\n\t\t\t\t<p>Our wheat is conventionally grown and protected by pesticides approved by the Environmental Protection Agency. When applying pesticides, by law, farmers must adhere to EPA instructions.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\tAre there allergens like peanuts\/nuts\/tree nuts\/milk\/soy\/fish\/shellfish or gluten in your pasta?\n\t\t\t\t<p>Our packages include an accurate listing of the ingredients in our products. Toss each pound with 1 tablespoon of vegetable or olive oil.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\tHow do I read the best-by dates on your products?\n\t\t\t\t<p>FEB1122HBYs would read as February 11, 2022. The letters following the date are plant information.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\tWhat is the shelf life of No Yolks products?\n\t\t\t\t<p>Egg pasta\/noodles and vegetable pasta: 2 years.
