Skillet Chicken and Peppers

Ingredients
| 2 cups | No Yolks® Fine Noodles |
| 1 Tbsp | canola oil |
| 1 | garlic clove, minced |
| 1 cup | sliced mushrooms, undrained |
| 1 | onion, chopped |
| 1 | green bell pepper, chopped |
| 2 | boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into thin strips |
| 1/4 cup | chicken broth |
| 3 tsps | ginger flavored soy sauce |
| 2/3 tsp | Asian hot chili oil |
Directions
- Prepare noodles according to package directions.
- Heat oil in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add garlic, mushrooms, onion and green pepper. Cook for 7 to 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring frequently.
- Add chicken and cook for 2 minutes over medium-high heat, stirring frequently. Add chicken broth and scrape up browned bits in skillet. Add soy ginger sauce and chili oil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 1 minute.
- Add prepare noodles to skillet and heat through.
