Ingredients
12oz. bag | No Yolks Broad Noodles |
1 1/2 cup | Frozen Peas |
2 cups | Baby Arugula |
2 cups | Diced thick-cut deli ham |
Basil pesto, as desired | |
4oz. | Crumbled goat cheese |
Basil leaves, for garnish | |
Red pepper flakes, to taste |
Directions
- Cook No Yolks® Broad Noodles according to package instructions, and 1 minute before the noodles are finished cooking, add the peas and cook until Drain noodles and peas and rinse under cold water. Set aside.
- Meanwhile, using a vegetable peeler, shave the asparagus into thin
