Pesto, Ham and Goat Cheese Noodle Salad

Bright, bold, and satisfying. This refreshing noodle salad combines tender No Yolks® noodles with creamy goat cheese, savory ham, and zesty pesto. Perfect as a light lunch or a crowd-pleasing side.

Ingredients

12oz. bagNo Yolks Broad Noodles
1 1/2 cupFrozen Peas
2 cupsBaby Arugula
2 cupsDiced thick-cut deli ham
Basil pesto, as desired
4oz.Crumbled goat cheese
Basil leaves, for garnish
Red pepper flakes, to taste

Directions

  1. Cook No Yolks® Broad Noodles according to package instructions, and 1 minute before the noodles are finished cooking, add the peas and cook until Drain noodles and peas and rinse under cold water. Set aside.
