- 8 oz No Yolks Protein Rotini
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved (red)
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion (red)
- 1/3 cup kalamata olives, pitted & halved (blue/purple)
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled (white)
- 1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled (blue)
- 1/4 cup parmesan shavings (white)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic glaze or vinegar
- Salt & Pepper to taste
