Ingredients
| 1 package | No Yolks® Broad Noodles |
| 1/2 cup | cream cheese, room temperature |
| 1/2 cup | powdered sugar |
| 3 Tbsp | whole milk |
| 1 tsp | pure vanilla extract |
| 1/4 cup | unsalted butter |
| 1/4 cup | packed light brown sugar |
| 1/2 | lemon, juiced |
| 1/2 tsp | ground cinnamon |
| 2 Tbsp | sliced almonds, for garnish |
Directions
- Cook the No Yolks Noodles according to package instructions. Reserve 1/4 cup noodle cooking water; drain.
- In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth. Add milk and vanilla and beat until combined. Set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and cook, stirring frequently, until the butter is golden-brown and fragrant, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in the reserved noodle cooking water, sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon until combined.
- Return to heat. Add the noodles and cook, stirring frequently until coated, about 1-2 minutes. Drizzle with the cream cheese mixture and top with the almonds. Serve.
