3-Cheese Noodles

This 3 cheese noodle recipe is the perfect simple meal of tasty ingredients like Parmesan cheese, Provolone cheese and Asiago cheese. You won’t be able to get enough of this cheesiness.


12ozNo Yolks® Extra Broad Noodles
2 Tbspsextra virgin olive oil
2garlic cloves, minced
3/4 cupheavy cream
3/4 cuplow sodium chicken broth
1/2 cupshredded Parmesan cheese
1/2 cupshredded Provolone cheese
1/2 cupshredded Asiago cheese
coarse salt
freshly ground black pepper
chopped parlsey (for garnish)


  1. Prepare noodles according to package directions. Drain, reserving 1/2 cup cooking water, and return to pot.
  2. Meanwhile, in a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, 1 minute, then add heavy cream, chicken broth, and a splash of cooking water. Add cooked noodles and toss with tongs until noodles are fully coated and liquid is simmering.
  3. Remove from heat and add cheese. Toss constantly, adding more cooking water until sauce reaches desired consistency.
  4. Season with salt and pepper and garnish with parsley.
