This 3 cheese noodle recipe is the perfect simple meal of tasty ingredients like Parmesan cheese, Provolone cheese and Asiago cheese. You won’t be able to get enough of this cheesiness.
|12oz||No Yolks® Extra Broad Noodles|
|2 Tbsps||extra virgin olive oil|
|2||garlic cloves, minced|
|3/4 cup||heavy cream|
|3/4 cup||low sodium chicken broth|
|1/2 cup||shredded Parmesan cheese|
|1/2 cup||shredded Provolone cheese|
|1/2 cup||shredded Asiago cheese|
|freshly ground black pepper|
|chopped parlsey (for garnish)|
- Prepare noodles according to package directions. Drain, reserving 1/2 cup cooking water, and return to pot.
- Meanwhile, in a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, 1 minute, then add heavy cream, chicken broth, and a splash of cooking water. Add cooked noodles and toss with tongs until noodles are fully coated and liquid is simmering.
- Remove from heat and add cheese. Toss constantly, adding more cooking water until sauce reaches desired consistency.
- Season with salt and pepper and garnish with parsley.
