|2 cups||No Yolks® Broad Noodles|
|1||roasted red pepper, cut into strips|
|6 1/2 oz||marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped|
|1/4 cup||Kalamata olives, pitted and chopped|
|1/2 cup||cherry tomatoes, halved|
|1 1/2 Tbsps||reduced-fat Italian salad dressing|
|1/8 tsp||ground black pepper|
|2 oz||sliced salami, cut into strips|
- Prepare noodles according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water. Drain well.
- Place noodles in large serving bowl. Add roasted pepper strips, artichoke hearts, olives and tomatoes. Toss gently but well.
- Add dressing, salt and pepper. Toss again. Arrange salami strips over salad.
