Beef and Soy Noodles

A crockpot is like having a little assistant who cooks dinner for you all day. Throw in two pounds of beef and a bag of No Yolks and let it work its magic.


2 lbsbeef round steak, sliced into one inch pieces
1 packageNo Yolk Noodles, cooked
2 Tbspcooking oil
1/4 cupsoy sauce
1 cuponion, chopped
1garlic clove, minced
1 tspsugar
1/2 tspsalt
1/4 tsppepper
1/4 tspground ginger
4large tomatoes, diced
1 cantomato paste
1green pepper, cut into strips
1red pepper, cut into strips


  1. In a large skillet, heat the oil. Add the steak and brown. Transfer to a slow cooker
  2. Add the remaining ingredients to the slow cooker, except the noodles
  3. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or until meat is tender
  4. Serve over noodles and garnish with parsley and sesame seeds
