Pecorino and Black Pepper Noodles

These light, peppery noodles are a perfect side dish for beef or chicken.

Ingredients
| 12 oz | No Yolks® Broad Noodles |
| 4 Tbsps | unsalted butter, cubed |
| 1 1/4 tsps | freshly ground black pepper, divided |
| 1/2 tsp | salt |
| 1 1/2 cups | finely grated Pecorino cheese, divided |
| 2 Tbsps | finely chopped parsley |
Directions
- Prepare noodles according to package directions, under cooking by 2 minutes. Drain and reserve 1/2 cup of cooking liquid.
- Transfer noodles back to warm pot. Toss in reserved cooking liquid and butter. Stir in 1 1/4 cups cheese, 1 teaspoon pepper and salt.
- Divide among plates and sprinkle each serving with remaining cheese and pepper. Garnish with parsley.
