Cheesy Buttered Noodles

|12 oz||No Yolks® Extra Broad Noodles|
|1 cup||whipping cream|
|1 cup||freshly grated Parmesan cheese, divided|
|1 Tbsp||parsley, chopped|
|1/4 tsp||freshly ground black pepper|
- Prepare noodles according to package directions; drain.
- Meanwhile, in large skillet over medium heat, melt butter.
- Stir in whipping cream; heat until warm.
- Stir in 3/4 cup Parmesan. Add hot noodles and parsley; toss until well coated.
- Serve with remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan and fresh ground pepper.
