Skillet Chicken and Peppers

Grab your favorite skillet and fill your kitchen with the smell of garlic, onion, chicken, and ginger for a meal that will quickly enter your regular rotation.
|2 cups||No Yolks® Fine Noodles|
|1 Tbsp||canola oil|
|1||garlic clove, minced|
|1 cup||sliced mushrooms, undrained|
|1||green bell pepper, chopped|
|2||boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into thin strips|
|1/4 cup||chicken broth|
|3 tsps||ginger flavored soy sauce|
|2/3 tsp||Asian hot chili oil|
- Prepare noodles according to package directions.
- Heat oil in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add garlic, mushrooms, onion and green pepper. Cook for 7 to 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring frequently.
- Add chicken and cook for 2 minutes over medium-high heat, stirring frequently. Add chicken broth and scrape up browned bits in skillet. Add soy ginger sauce and chili oil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 1 minute.
- Add prepare noodles to skillet and heat through.
