Skillet Chicken and Peppers

Grab your favorite skillet and fill your kitchen with the smell of garlic, onion, chicken, and ginger for a meal that will quickly enter your regular rotation.


2 cupsNo Yolks® Fine Noodles
1 Tbspcanola oil
1garlic clove, minced
1 cupsliced mushrooms, undrained
1onion, chopped
1green bell pepper, chopped
2boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into thin strips
1/4 cupchicken broth
3 tspsginger flavored soy sauce
2/3 tspAsian hot chili oil


  1. Prepare noodles according to package directions.
  2. Heat oil in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add garlic, mushrooms, onion and green pepper. Cook for 7 to 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring frequently.
  3. Add chicken and cook for 2 minutes over medium-high heat, stirring frequently. Add chicken broth and scrape up browned bits in skillet. Add soy ginger sauce and chili oil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 1 minute.
  4. Add prepare noodles to skillet and heat through.
