Slow Cooker Spicy Asian Short Ribs and Noodles

This savory slow cooker meal comes together in minutes and features tender, melt-in-your-mouth beef short ribs in a flavorful marinade of beef broth, soy sauce, garlic, and fresh ginger.

Ingredients
| 2 cups | No Yolks® Dumplings |
| 1 lb | boneless beef short ribs |
| 1/4 cup | low sodium soy sauce |
| 1 Tbsp | Five-Spice powder |
| 1 Tbsp | brown sugar |
| 1 | garlic clove, chopped |
| 1 Tbsp | fresh ginger root, grated |
| 1/2 tsp | red pepper flakes |
| 1 can (14 oz) | beef broth |
| 1 cup | carrot, cut into 3/4-inch pieces |
| 3 cups | Napa cabbage, roughly chopped |
Directions
- Trim excess fat from short ribs. Set aside.
- In a large slow cooker, combine soy sauce, Five-Spice powder, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes, and broth. Top with short ribs, carrots and cabbage.
- Cover and set on LOW to cook for 6 hours.
- When ready, stir in uncooked noodles and switch to HIGH setting. Cook 15 minutes.
