Pecorino and Black Pepper Noodles

These light, peppery noodles are a perfect side dish for beef or chicken.


12 ozNo Yolks® Broad Noodles
4 Tbspsunsalted butter, cubed
1 1/4 tspsfreshly ground black pepper, divided
1/2 tspsalt
1 1/2 cupsfinely grated Pecorino cheese, divided
2 Tbspsfinely chopped parsley


  1. Prepare noodles according to package directions, under cooking by 2 minutes. Drain and reserve 1/2 cup of cooking liquid.
  2. Transfer noodles back to warm pot. Toss in reserved cooking liquid and butter. Stir in 1 1/4 cups cheese, 1 teaspoon pepper and salt.
  3. Divide among plates and sprinkle each serving with remaining cheese and pepper. Garnish with parsley.
