Pecorino and Black Pepper Noodles

These light, peppery noodles are a perfect side dish for beef or chicken.
|12 oz||No Yolks® Broad Noodles|
|4 Tbsps||unsalted butter, cubed|
|1 1/4 tsps||freshly ground black pepper, divided|
|1 1/2 cups||finely grated Pecorino cheese, divided|
|2 Tbsps||finely chopped parsley|
- Prepare noodles according to package directions, under cooking by 2 minutes. Drain and reserve 1/2 cup of cooking liquid.
- Transfer noodles back to warm pot. Toss in reserved cooking liquid and butter. Stir in 1 1/4 cups cheese, 1 teaspoon pepper and salt.
- Divide among plates and sprinkle each serving with remaining cheese and pepper. Garnish with parsley.
