Slow Cooker Spicy Asian Short Ribs and Noodles

This savory slow cooker meal comes together in minutes and features tender, melt-in-your-mouth beef short ribs in a flavorful marinade of beef broth, soy sauce, garlic, and fresh ginger.
|2 cups||No Yolks® Dumplings|
|1 lb||boneless beef short ribs|
|1/4 cup||low sodium soy sauce|
|1 Tbsp||Five-Spice powder|
|1 Tbsp||brown sugar|
|1||garlic clove, chopped|
|1 Tbsp||fresh ginger root, grated|
|1/2 tsp||red pepper flakes|
|1 can (14 oz)||beef broth|
|1 cup||carrot, cut into 3/4-inch pieces|
|3 cups||Napa cabbage, roughly chopped|
- Trim excess fat from short ribs. Set aside.
- In a large slow cooker, combine soy sauce, Five-Spice powder, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes, and broth. Top with short ribs, carrots and cabbage.
- Cover and set on LOW to cook for 6 hours.
- When ready, stir in uncooked noodles and switch to HIGH setting. Cook 15 minutes.
