Smoked Salmon with Noodles

Quick to make, light to digest, and easy to enjoy. Throw it all together and let the cream dressing combine your favorite flavors.


3 cupsNo Yolks® Broad Noodles
1 cupgrape tomatoes, halved
1red onion, chopped
1 Tbspcapers, drained (optional)
4 ozsmoked salmon, thinly sliced
2 Tbspslow fat cream cheese, softened
5 Tbspsreduced fat sour cream
1 1/2 Tbspsfresh dill, minced
1/4 tpssalt
1/4 tspground black pepper
XXlemon wedge (optional)
XXfresh dill, for garnish


  1. Prepare noodles according to package directions.  Drain.
  2. Place cooked noodles in large shallow bowl. Add tomatoes, onion and capers. Toss gently but well. Arrange salmon on top.
  3. In a small bowl, beat together cream cheese and sour cream. Stir in dill weed, salt and pepper.
  4. Stir sour cream dressing into noodle salad or serve on the side. Garnish with lemon wedges and dill weed.
