Sweet and Buttery Noodle Pudding

Who says noodles and pudding can’t live happily ever after? Rooted in Jewish cuisine, this delicious duo will most definitely satisfy your sweet tooth.

Ingredients
| 12 oz | No Yolks® Extra Broad |
| 1/2 cup | butter, softened |
| 30 oz | ricotta cheese |
| 1 cup | sour cream |
| 1 cup | sugar |
| 2 tsps | vanilla extract |
| 1 tsp | ground cinnamon |
| 1/2 tsp | salt |
| 6 | eggs |
| 1 cup | golden raisins |
Directions
- Heat oven to 350º F.
- Grease 13 x 9-inch glass baking dish. Cook noodles according to package directions; drain.
- In large bowl, stir together butter, ricotta cheese, sour cream, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and salt. Add eggs, beating after each addition.
- Stir in cooked noodles and raisins. Pour noodle mixture into prepared dish; sprinkle with additional cinnamon, if desired.
- Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting into squares.
