Sweet and Buttery Noodle Pudding

Who says noodles and pudding can’t live happily ever after? Rooted in Jewish cuisine, this delicious duo will most definitely satisfy your sweet tooth.


12 ozNo Yolks® Extra Broad
1/2 cupbutter, softened
30 ozricotta cheese
1 cupsour cream
1 cupsugar
2 tspsvanilla extract
1 tspground cinnamon
1/2 tspsalt
1 cupgolden raisins


  1. Heat oven to 350º F.
  2. Grease 13 x 9-inch glass baking dish. Cook noodles according to package directions; drain.
  3. In large bowl, stir together butter, ricotta cheese, sour cream, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and salt. Add eggs, beating after each addition.
  4. Stir in cooked noodles and raisins. Pour noodle mixture into prepared dish; sprinkle with additional cinnamon, if desired.
  5. Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting into squares.
