Spicy Korean Noodle Bowls

Don’t let the ease of preparation fool you! This dish packs a punch with a crunch using gochujang chili paste and a crisp medley of carrots, bell pepper, and green onion.

Ingredients
| 12 oz | No Yolks® Extra Broad Noodles |
| 3 Tbsps | sesame oil |
| 3 Tbsps | soy sauce |
| 2 Tbsps | seasoned rice vinegar |
| 1 Tbsp | honey |
| 1 Tbsp | fresh ginger root, grated |
| 2 tsps | gochujang (Korean chili pepper paste) |
| 1 | garlic clove, minced |
| 1 large | carrot, grated |
| 1 large | red bell pepper, thinly sliced |
| 1/2 cup | sliced green onions |
| 1/4 cup | chopped peanuts |
Directions
- Prepare noodles according to package directions.
- In a large bowl, whisk together sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, ginger, gochujang and garlic.
- Add cooked noodles, carrot, bell pepper and green onions.
- Serve topped with peanuts.
Tips
This dish can be served warm, room temperature or chilled.
