Spicy Korean Noodle Bowls

Don’t let the ease of preparation fool you! This dish packs a punch with a crunch using gochujang chili paste and a crisp medley of carrots, bell pepper, and green onion.
|12 oz||No Yolks® Extra Broad Noodles|
|3 Tbsps||sesame oil|
|3 Tbsps||soy sauce|
|2 Tbsps||seasoned rice vinegar|
|1 Tbsp||fresh ginger root, grated|
|2 tsps||gochujang (Korean chili pepper paste)|
|1||garlic clove, minced|
|1 large||carrot, grated|
|1 large||red bell pepper, thinly sliced|
|1/2 cup||sliced green onions|
|1/4 cup||chopped peanuts|
- Prepare noodles according to package directions.
- In a large bowl, whisk together sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, ginger, gochujang and garlic.
- Add cooked noodles, carrot, bell pepper and green onions.
- Serve topped with peanuts.
This dish can be served warm, room temperature or chilled.
