Spicy Korean Noodle Bowls

Don’t let the ease of preparation fool you! This dish packs a punch with a crunch using gochujang chili paste and a crisp medley of carrots, bell pepper, and green onion.


12 ozNo Yolks® Extra Broad Noodles
3 Tbspssesame oil
3 Tbspssoy sauce
2 Tbspsseasoned rice vinegar
1 Tbsphoney
1 Tbspfresh ginger root, grated
2 tspsgochujang (Korean chili pepper paste)
1garlic clove, minced
1 largecarrot, grated
1 largered bell pepper, thinly sliced
1/2 cupsliced green onions
1/4 cupchopped peanuts


  1. Prepare noodles according to package directions.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, ginger, gochujang and garlic.
  3. Add cooked noodles, carrot, bell pepper and green onions.
  4. Serve topped with peanuts.


This dish can be served warm, room temperature or chilled.
