Beef and Soy Noodles
A crockpot is like having a little assistant who cooks dinner for you all day. Throw in two pounds of beef and a bag of No Yolks and let it work its magic.
Ingredients
| 2 lbs | beef round steak, sliced into one inch pieces |
| 1 package | No Yolk Noodles, cooked |
| 2 Tbsp | cooking oil |
| 1/4 cup | soy sauce |
| 1 cup | onion, chopped |
| 1 | garlic clove, minced |
| 1 tsp | sugar |
| 1/2 tsp | salt |
| 1/4 tsp | pepper |
| 1/4 tsp | ground ginger |
| 4 | large tomatoes, diced |
| 1 can | tomato paste |
| 1 | green pepper, cut into strips |
| 1 | red pepper, cut into strips |
Directions
- In a large skillet, heat the oil. Add the steak and brown. Transfer to a slow cooker
- Add the remaining ingredients to the slow cooker, except the noodles
- Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or until meat is tender
- Serve over noodles and garnish with parsley and sesame seeds
