Caprese Pasta Bowl

Anything that brings together tomatoes, mozzarella, and spinach is worth trying. Every forkful is a burst of freshness.

1 packageNo Yolks Extra Broad Noodles
2 cupsbroccoli
15 ozchicken breast
1 cupcherry tomatoes
3 cupsspinach
3 ozmozzarella cheese
Salt & pepper


  1. Chop broccoli and bake for 15 min (400 degrees)
  2. Cook pasta according to the instructions while the broccoli is baking
  3. Chop the raw chicken and cook with salt and pepper. Saute until the chicken is cooked and remove from the pan
  4. In a skillet, add the broccoli, tomatoes, spinach, salt, and pepper. Saute for 3 min.
  5. Add the cooked chicken and the cooked pasta to the pan. Top with mozzarella cheese and enjoy warm or cold. Delicious!!!
