Sour cream and Parmesan cheese give a tart edge to the creaminess of this easy egg noodle dish that’s sure to please the whole family.
|12 oz||No Yolks® Extra Broad Noodles|
|2 cups||sour cream|
|4 oz||half and half|
|1 tsp||Worcestershire sauce|
|1/4 cup||finely chopped green onion|
|2 Tbsps||chopped parsely|
|1/4 tsp||garlic powder|
|1/4 tsp||ground black pepper|
|1/4 cup||grated Parmesan Cheese|
- Prepare noodles according to package directions; drain.
- In a large saucepan, combine sour cream, half and half and Worcestershire sauce. Stir over low heat until smooth and just warm.
- Add onions, parsley, salt, garlic powder and pepper.
- Stir in noodles.
- Serve topped with Parmesan cheese.
You can substitute the Parmesan cheese with Cheddar, Swiss, Gouda or Gruyere cheese – they’re all semi hard cheeses that will melt perfectly!
