Noodles Romanoff

Sour cream and Parmesan cheese give a tart edge to the creaminess of this easy egg noodle dish that’s sure to please the whole family.


12 ozNo Yolks® Extra Broad Noodles
2 cupssour cream
4 ozhalf and half
1 tspWorcestershire sauce
1/4 cupfinely chopped green onion
2 Tbspschopped parsely
1/2 tspsalt
1/4 tspgarlic powder
1/4 tspground black pepper
1/4 cupgrated Parmesan Cheese


  1. Prepare noodles according to package directions; drain.
  2. In a large saucepan, combine sour cream, half and half and Worcestershire sauce.  Stir over low heat until smooth and just warm.
  3. Add onions, parsley, salt, garlic powder and pepper.
  4. Stir in noodles.
  5. Serve topped with Parmesan cheese.


You can substitute the Parmesan cheese with Cheddar, Swiss, Gouda or Gruyere cheese – they’re all semi hard cheeses that will melt perfectly!
