Easy Shrimp Scampi
Sometimes a recipe is so simple to make they put “Easy” right in the name. But there’s no rule against it being delicious, too—which it is.Watch The Video
|12 oz||No Yolks Broad Noodles|
|1 1/2 lbs||peeled shrimp (I used pink Argentinian)|
|2 Tbsp||extra virgin olive oil|
|4 cloves||garlic, pressed or minced|
|1/2 cup||dry white wine|
|1/4 tsp||red pepper flakes|
|1/4 tsp||Black pepper|
|1/4 cup||fresh parsley, minced|
|Juice of half a lemon|
- In a large skillet, melt butter and olive oil over medium heat. Add in pressed garlic and cook for about a minute.
- Add wine, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes; bring to a simmer for about 2 minutes.
- Add in the shrimp and sauté for about 2-3 minutes or until they turn pink. Mine were Argentinian so they are naturally pink.
- Mix in the No Yolks Noodles, fresh parsley, and lemon juice, and toss. Enjoy!
